We didn't even get to use the hotel credit they 'refunded' us. The female receptionist even gave us a $100 hotel credit to use on breakfast in the morning before we check out. They were nice and understanding, they tried to help us as fast as possible. We came back to the receptionist desk at 1:30 am and finally a two receptionists helped us.

After an hour and a half at the casino (where I lost money, 100% my fault nothing to do with Hard Rock hotel), we were growing more n more restless. We reluctantly agreed to keep waiting, although we already waited 3 hours for a room we paid the night for. She said 'You're only a couple of rooms behind so your room is almost ready, sorry for the wait'. It's 11pm, so we walked back to the reception desk and asked the lady about the status of our room. After 3 hours of waiting, they never called.

I said no worries, just call me when you're done. They said they're busy because they only have one house keeper for the entire building, said we'll need to wait for 30 minutes and they'll give us a call.
